Що застосунок зберігає

Вашу практику: обраний ретрит і розклад, лічби повторень, журнал днів, нотатки, архів завершених ретритів, мову й налаштування.

Записи про практику розповідають про вашу віру. Європейські правила захисту даних (GDPR) відносять такі дані до особливих, і щоб їх зберігати, потрібна ваша явна згода. Тому без входу вони не залишають телефон, а в хмару потрапляють тільки тоді, коли ви самі увійшли через Google.

Без входу

Практика лишається тільки на вашому телефоні, у пам'яті браузера. Нікуди не відправляється.

З входом через Google

• Від Google застосунок отримує ваше ім'я, адресу пошти, налаштування мови, фото профілю й ідентифікатор акаунта — Google перелічує це на своєму екрані входу. Застосунок використовує лише ім'я й пошту, щоб показати в Налаштуваннях, хто увійшов, та ідентифікатор, щоб знайти вашу копію практики. До інших ваших даних Google доступу немає.
• Копія вашої практики зберігається в базі даних Firebase (сервіс Google) на серверах у Європі, щоб її можна було повернути на іншому телефоні.
• Прочитати й змінити цю копію можете тільки ви. Технічно доступ до бази має також автор застосунку, але він не переглядає і не використовує ваші дані, окрім як для виправлення збоїв на ваше прохання.
• Ми не продаємо й не передаємо ваші дані нікому, не показуємо рекламу і не ведемо аналітики.

Що бачать хостинг і Google

Застосунок відкривається із серверів Cloudflare. Як і будь-який хостинг, Cloudflare бачить IP-адресу й дані браузера, коли ви відкриваєте застосунок. Google бачить їх так само, коли застосунок звертається до нього: під час входу і коли зберігає копію практики. IP-адреси зі входу Firebase тримає кілька тижнів, для безпеки й захисту від зловживань. Скільки зберігаються дані і як їх видалити

• Копія практики в хмарі зберігається, поки у вас є акаунт.
• Налаштування → Обліковий запис → «Видалити акаунт»: копія зникає з бази одразу, а дані акаунта Google остаточно прибирає зі своїх резервних систем протягом 180 днів. Практика на телефоні лишається.

Ваші права

• Отримати свої дані: Налаштування → Копія практики → «Зберегти копію». У файлі вся ваша практика, та сама, що лежить у хмарі.
• Попросити виправити чи видалити дані — листом на адресу нижче.
• Відкликати згоду — видалити акаунт, як описано вище.
• Поскаржитися до органу захисту персональних даних своєї країни.

What the app keeps

Your practice: the retreat you chose and its schedule, repetition counts, the day journal, notes, the archive of finished retreats, the language and settings.

Records of practice speak of your faith. The European data protection rules (GDPR) count such data as a special category, and keeping it needs your explicit consent. So without signing in it never leaves the phone, and it goes to the cloud only once you yourself sign in with Google.

Without signing in

Your practice stays on your phone only, in the browser's storage. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Signed in with Google

• From Google the app receives your name, email address, language preference, profile picture and account id — the list Google shows on its sign-in screen. The app uses only the name and email, to show in Settings who is signed in, and the id, to find your copy of the practice. It has no access to the rest of your Google data.
• A copy of your practice is kept in a Firebase database (a Google service) on servers in Europe, so it can come back on another phone.
• Only you can read and change that copy. The app's author also has technical access to the database, but does not look at or use your data, except to fix a fault at your request.
• Your data is not sold or passed to anyone, there are no ads and no analytics.

What the host and Google see

The app is served from Cloudflare's servers. Like any host, Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser details when you open the app. Google sees them too whenever the app talks to it: when you sign in and when the copy of your practice is saved. Firebase keeps the IP addresses logged at sign-in for a few weeks, for security and to prevent abuse. More in the policies of Cloudflare, Google and Firebase.

How long data is kept, and deleting it

• The copy of your practice in the cloud is kept for as long as you have an account.
• Settings → Account → “Delete account”: the copy is gone from the database at once, and Google removes the account's data from its backup systems within 180 days. The practice on the phone stays.

Your rights

• To get your data: Settings → Practice backup → “Save a copy”. The file holds your whole practice, the same one that is kept in the cloud.
• To have your data corrected or deleted: write to the address below.
• To withdraw your consent: delete the account, as above.
• To complain to the data protection authority of your country.
